Together, we focus on understanding and transforming emotional and cognitive patterns that may be holding you back, guiding you toward a more grounded and fulfilling life. Our work deepens self-understanding and cultivates sustainable practices to navigate challenges and embody meaningful change.
MY STORY
For nearly 20 years, I have worked as a mental health professional. Early in my career, I led a therapeutic program in an elementary school. After earning my second master’s degree, I transitioned to community mental health, where I worked with individuals and families and supervised clinicians. Building on these experiences, I established my private practice to continue helping clients navigate challenges and embrace opportunities to live authentically.

I hold two graduate degrees: Master in Psycho-Pedagogy Education from Poland
and Master in Social Work from the US.

Services
I have experience working across diverse age groups, clinical settings, and a wide range of mental health needs. My eclectic approach allows me to provide both short-term, solution-focused treatment and long-term, depth-oriented therapy tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to tailor each client’s therapeutic experience. To ensure high-quality care and flexibility when needed, I maintain a moderately sized client list, allowing for a more personalized and responsive approach.
